What Makes Us Different

We are not a tutoring centre. We are a clinical and educational system built around your child.

Psychologist-Led, Not Teacher-Led

Every assessment, plan, and intervention is designed or supervised by qualified Educational and Clinical Psychologists — not general teachers. Your child receives clinically informed support from day one.

Personalised IEP for Every Child

No two children are alike. Each child receives a bespoke Individualized Education Plan reviewed every term, with goals set in collaboration with parents and aligned to their school curriculum.

Full Multidisciplinary Team

Under one roof: Special Educators, Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, and Paediatricians — all coordinated around your child.

Internationally Recognised Standards

We align with CAIE (Cambridge), AKU-EB, British Council, and BISE Matric frameworks — so your child's progress maps directly onto their school's curriculum and international standards.

Home–School Partnership

We work alongside your child's mainstream school, sharing progress reports and strategies so that support is consistent, whether at IES or at home.

Safe, Confidential & Ethical

Every family's information is protected under our strict confidentiality policy. Our clinical team follows international ethical guidelines in all assessments and therapeutic work.

Your Child's Journey at IES

A clear, step-by-step pathway from first contact to independent progress — every family knows exactly where they are.

When you contact IES, you are not entering a waiting list — you are beginning a structured, expert-guided process. Our roadmap ensures every child receives the right support, in the right order, with the right team.

Each step is designed with parents as active partners. You will receive written updates, attend review meetings, and have direct access to your child's key clinician at every stage.

Most children progress through the full eight steps over 12–18 months, though timelines are always personalised. Some children stay with us through ongoing therapy; others are successfully referred to mainstream schools with a full transition plan.

"

When Ahmed came to IES at age 7, he had not spoken a full sentence at school. After 14 months of integrated Speech Therapy and Behaviour support, he stood up in his class assembly and delivered a short speech. His teacher cried. We cried. He was so proud of himself.

Fatima was diagnosed with dyslexia at 9 and had fallen two years behind her class. The IEP IES designed for her targeted exactly the right gaps. By the end of the year, she passed her AKU-EB exams without extra time — something we never thought possible.

Our son has ADHD and school was a daily battle. IES didn't just support him — they trained us as parents. Now we have strategies at home that work, his school is using their recommendations, and he actually enjoys going to school.

My daughter came to IES non-verbal at age 5. Today she uses a communication device confidently, has friends at school, and just started mainstream Year 2 with support. The OT and Speech team at IES changed the trajectory of her entire life.

What Families Say About IES

The trust of Karachi's families is our greatest achievement.

"The assessment alone was worth everything. Finally someone explained our child in a way that made sense — and gave us a plan, not just a label."

HK
Hira K. Parent, Clifton

"Every single person at IES genuinely cares. The speech therapist sends us voice notes with tips for home. We feel part of the team, not just paying for a service."

MR
Maria R. Parent, DHA

"We had been to three other places before IES. None of them connected the dots the way IES did. The multidisciplinary approach changed everything for our son."

AF
Ahmed F. Parent, Gulshan

"The parent workshop on behaviour strategies was a turning point. Simple, practical, evidence-based. I wish we had found IES years ago."

NZ
Nadia Z. Parent, Karachi

"Aoun Ali took our first call at 9pm when we were panicking. That's the kind of team this is. Not just professional — human."

SR
Saad R. Parent, Clifton

"The IEP they wrote for our daughter was the most thorough document we had ever seen about her. Three pages of goals, all explained to us in plain Urdu and English."
